About Me
I turn research into clearer product decisions.
I’m Jadon, an evidence-led UX designer focused on understanding complex problems, shaping early concepts, and testing whether products work for the people using them. My work moves from field research and framing through interaction design, prototyping, and testing. I especially enjoy building products that make their users more effective.
Capabilities
Where I add Value
Making Sense of Evidence
Synthesizing research into patterns, needs, and opportunities.
Giving Problems Structure
Turning ambiguity into flows and testable concepts.
Validating Direction Early
Using prototypes and additional testing feedback to iterate and improve before visual polish.
Fitting Products to People
Making the product reflect how its users naturally understand and approach their objectives and workflow.
Background
A research-led path to design
My path into UX started with human factors, rather than visual design. An undergraduate experience in Human Systems Engineering grounded me in research, statistics, and how people understand and use systems. Subsequent study in Human-Computer Interaction helped me learn how that research evidence becomes an interface or service. Training in Applied Business Data Analytics and Accessibility broadened the sorts of questions I ask, and reinforce my focus on designing products to best fit the people who rely on them.
